A dedicated Project Manager
The project manager assigned to your relocation will have many years of experience in move management and will be the key to its success. Your Signature project manager will be the main point of contact throughout the project and will co-ordinate the entire process with care and attention to detail.
Planning & Implementation
We believe that planning is at the centre of every successful project. We will liase with other trades contracted to work on your relocation or Signature can fulfil the role of main contractor and co-ordinate those requirements on your behalf. We work with your employees to ensure they are aware of the changes taking place and have an opportunity to provide input.
Throughout the planning and implementation process, your project manager will keep you regularly updated on costs and schedule ensuring you are fully aware of the project status and can report back to senior management as required.
Snagging
We apply a pre-condition survey and a site handover procedure for projects of all sizes to communicate important information about the move and demonstrate fulfilment of all of your success criteria.
Post Move Support
Signature provides post move support to you and your employees as you resume operation to ensure that any new and emerging issues are resolved and that you have a transition that is as smooth and as stress-free as possible.
